By accessing or using the DuluthPath platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including enterprise subscribers, trial users, and visitors.
DuluthPath provides a vendor-agnostic enterprise integration platform connecting ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365), and SCM systems. The Service includes data integration, AI-powered analytics, executive dashboards, and the Canaan AI assistant.
The Service offers three tiers: Pilot Accelerator, Enterprise Orchestration, and Platinum Transformation Suite. Pricing is performance-based and detailed on our Pricing page. Trial periods are 3 days. After the trial, your selected plan will be charged automatically unless cancelled. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your enterprise agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, JWT authentication, and brute-force protection.
You retain full ownership of all data uploaded to the platform. We process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for purposes other than delivering platform functionality. Data is stored in encrypted databases and transmitted over secure connections.
The Canaan AI assistant provides recommendations based on industry best practices and your uploaded data. AI outputs are advisory and should not be treated as professional financial, legal, or operational advice. You are responsible for all decisions made using AI-generated insights.
For Enterprise and Platinum tiers, we guarantee 99.99% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 48 hours in advance. Data processing latency targets are <500ms for real-time integrations.
All platform code, designs, algorithms, and documentation are the intellectual property of DuluthPath. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuluthPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
